We've designed CZ classes to challenge and motivate you no matter what fitness level you are. All classes are not created equal, we change the workout to focus on target regions in each class to ensure you receive results.

Full-Body Workout
CZ is a 1-hour Heart Rate Based Total Body workout comprised of Cardio, Boxing and Weight-Training.
Fat Burning
A regular weight-training program helps eliminate body fat and burn calories during and after a workout. CZ coaches will create and guide you through a series of exercises involving dumbbells, kettle-bells, resistance bands and your own body weight.
Muscle Sculpting
Members will be able to choose their desired muscle group during the week. Let us coach you on your leg, and upper body days. Strength training helps preserve and enhance your muscle and bone mass, regardless of your age or gender.
Self-Defense
Learning various punching combinations and mastering basic to challenging weight-training exercises.
Interval Training
Our interval training approach keeps your heartbeat in an optimum
